Ms. Winter earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Florida in May 2010. She thereafter worked as a family law paralegal for three years, before returning to the University of Florida in 2013 to pursue a law degree. Winter graduated Cum Laude and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2016, and has focused her practice in the area of Family Law ever since.
Ms. Winter also obtained certification from the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to become a Certified Legal Intern with the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic, where she represented clients in domestic violence matters. Additionally, she became a Certified Legal Intern and an Advanced Certified Legal Intern with the Family Advocacy Clinic, where she represented clients in Family Law mediations, hearings, and trial. In her spare time, Ms. Winter speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, enjoys interior decorating, and loves to travel.
